Title : Indian Muslims

  1. Statement : The new India

Question : What is the condition of Indian Muslims after the freedom of India?

Answer : Before 1947, Muslims were honored and respected but subsequently they failed to gain some states. The cause was not traceable to enemy plots and prejudice, but lay rather in the internal weakness which had led them to divest their selves of their creativity in this modern age.

  1. S : Indian Muslims’ priorities

Q : Why did Indian Muslims face serious problem?

A : The reason of this is because the lack of leadership among Muslims but when we view this issue in the light of the facts, we come to realize that this is a totally baseless supposition. The actual problem basseting Muslims is not the lack of leadership but the failure to follow the right leadership.

3. S : Muslims in the post-independence era

Q : What are the factor which influence the economic position of Indian Muslims?

A : The economic position of Indian Muslims in the post-independence should be judged not just by their ratio in the government services, but by their success (failure) in the spheres of commerce, industry, science, and education. Mere representation in the government services is no criterion by which to gauge their true economic worth.

4. S : Cure for communalism

Q : Why do Muslims feel insecure?

A : Because Muslims should neither obstruct Hindu processions nor should they become incensed when processions raise provocative slogan. If the Muslims fail to receive their due share af admissions to educational institutions, or of the employment in government service.

5. S : Mandir – Masjid Issue

Q : What is the status of Mosques?

A : No other Mosque, regardless of its size, fame, or historic importance, claim this special status. It is not even lawful for a Muslims to make a journey to any mosque other than those in the vicinity of his home. So that there is no reason for Muslims to leave nearby mosque in favor of one situated further away.

6. S : Minorities in India and the national mainstream

Q : How the minorities in India adopt the way of live there?

A : Minority communities – Sikhs and muslims in peculiar – have to decide that they will adopt the way of co-existence in their own as well as in the vaster interest of the country. And they must make conscious decision to remain integral part of this country by becoming ‘no-problem’ communities.

7. S : Islam and peace

Q : What is the peace in Islam?

A : Islamic principle to promote peace is that of noninterference. This principle, if the universally applied, can produce the same divine order as is evidence in the furthest reaches of the universe, where the star revolve internally in their own orbits, no star ever encroach upon the orbit of another. In a certain verse of Qur’an, true believers are stated to be willing to forgive when they are angered, or, to put it in another way, they conversed their anger into forgiveness and they like peaceful in their life.
